1.1. The Company sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen during the processing of his\/her personal data, in particular the protection of the rights to privacy.<\/p>\r\n

2. Main definitions used in the Policy<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

2.6. Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (distribution, realization, transfer), anonymization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems.<\/p>\r\n

2.7. The personal data controller means a physical or legal person who determines the purpose of personal data processing, establishes the composition of such data and the procedures for their processing, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/p>\r\n

2.8. Personal data means information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.<\/p>\r\n

2.10. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a certain circle of persons.<\/p>\r\n

2.11. Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at the disclosure of personal data to an indefinite range of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited range of persons with personal data, in particular publishing personal data in mass media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.<\/p>\r\n

2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data means the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity.<\/p>\r\n

2.13. Destruction of personal data means any actions as a result of which personal data are irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and\/or the physical carriers of personal data are destroyed.<\/p>\r\n
