Delivery across Kiev.
When ordering a bouquet in excess of UAH 1500 delivery in the city of Kiev is free of charge.
When ordering up to UAH 1500 – 200 UAH.
Delivery speed – up to three hours from the moment of approval and payment for the bouquet (if cash payment is not provided)
The amount of delivery of goods and decor is calculated individually, depending on the size and quantity, but not less than UAH 200.
Delivery across the Kiev region.
Delivery in the Kiev region is calculated individually, depending on the locality of receiving the order.

Delivery to the cities of Ukraine is carried out using the services of the courier service “New mail”.

Return of goods (flowers):
Please note that fresh flowers are non-returnable items.
You have the right to refuse to accept the bouquet or composition at the time of delivery if there are obvious defects in flowers.
After receiving – the return of the bouquet will not be accepted.
If the bouquet was paid for, delivered, but the recipient refused to accept it, the money will not be returned.

Return of goods (gifts / decor):
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If the product you purchased does not suit you for any reason, please contact us to discuss the details of a replacement or return by telephone.
We will refund you for the purchased product or exchange it for any other, subject to the following conditions:
safety of packaging, labels and factory markings;
availability of a sales receipt for the ordered product.
