1. General Provisions
This privacy policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Fiori Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Personal Data Controller”).
1.1. The Company sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen during the processing of his/her personal data, in particular the protection of the rights to privacy.
1.2. This Company Policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Company may obtain about website visitors https://fiori.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
2. Main definitions used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data means the temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to update personal data).
2.3. Website means a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at a network address. https://fiori.ua/.
2.4. Personal data base — a named set of ordered personal data in electronic form and/or in the form of card files of personal data.
2.5. Pseudonymization of personal data: the removal of information that allows a person to be identified, directly or indirectly.
2.6. Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (distribution, realization, transfer), anonymization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems.
2.7. The personal data controller means a physical or legal person who determines the purpose of personal data processing, establishes the composition of such data and the procedures for their processing, unless otherwise provided by law.
2.8. Personal data means information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.
2.9. Personal data subject (User) — any visitor of the Website, an individual whose personal data is being processed.
2.10. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a certain circle of persons.
2.11. Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at the disclosure of personal data to an indefinite range of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited range of persons with personal data, in particular publishing personal data in mass media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data means the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity.
2.13. Destruction of personal data means any actions as a result of which personal data are irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or the physical carriers of personal data are destroyed.
3. The Company may process the following personal data of the User for the purpose of providing its services:
- Last name, first name, middle name;
- Email address;
- Phone numbers;
- Year, month, date and place of birth;
- Delivery addresses.
3.1. The site also collects and processes anonymized visitor data, such as Cookies and data through internet statistics services (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and others).
Cookies are small text files that websites store on a computer or mobile device at the moment the User starts using them. Thus, the Website will remember the preferences and actions performed by the User for a certain period of time, including so that the User does not need to re-enter this data. Cookies by themselves do not identify an individual user, but only identify the computer or mobile device.

3.2. The data listed above is hereinafter referred to in the Policy by the general term — personal data.
4. Purpose of personal data processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is the provision of services by the Company; informing the User by sending emails; informing the User by sending messages to the phone number using messengers chosen by the User (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS).
4.2. The Company also has the right to send the User notifications regarding new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to the Company at pr@fiori.ua with the subject line «Opt-out of notifications about new products, services, and special offers».
4.3. Anonymized user data collected through web statistics services serves to gather information about Users' actions on the Website and to improve the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
5.1. The Company processes the User's personal data only if they are filled out and/or sent by the User independently via special forms located on the Website. By filling out the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Company, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
5.2. The Company processes anonymized User data if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (saving Cookies and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).
6. Procedure for the collection, storage, transfer, and other types of personal data processing
The security of personal data processed by the Company is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
6.1. The Company ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data.
6.2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the enforcement of applicable law.
6.3. If inaccuracies are found in the personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notice to the Company's email address. pr@fiori.ua marked «Personal Data Updating».
6.4. The term for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notice to the Company via email to the Company's email address. pr@fiori.ua marked «Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.».
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Prior to carrying out a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Company shall ensure that reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects is provided by the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is intended to be transferred.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if there is a written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
8. Concluding Provisions
8.1. The User can obtain any clarifications on the processing of their personal data by contacting the Company via email. pr@fiori.ua.
8.2. Any changes made by the Company to the personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy shall remain in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
