All Bukowski plush toys are made from brand-new, non-recycled materials of the highest quality. Additionally, all products comply with all European Union standards as verified by the EN 71-1/2 testing method. All products are fire-safe, and you can easily wash them at 30 degrees Celsius on the hand-wash cycle. If a product has plastic eyes, they are secured with a double lock, making it virtually impossible to remove them. All products intended for infants (0 months and up) have embroidered eyes. All Bukowski toys are made from virgin polyester fiber. The products are not treated with chemicals containing flame retardants. Bukowski Design AB (Barbara Bukowski) was founded in 1990. At that time, Barbara Bukowski began by designing and sewing teddy bears for her two sons. She drew inspiration from old German and English designs, including those by Margareta Steiff. During an exhibition in Sollentuna, she displayed some of her first teddy bears, which attracted more attention than any others. Back then, there were no manufacturers of traditional plush toys in Sweden. The tradition of making teddy bears didn’t exist at all in Scandinavia. The only option was to find independent artisans who produced bears in limited collections or, in some cases, as one-of-a-kind pieces. Most often, they were too expensive to reach the mass market. Thanks to the introduction of Barbara Bukowski’s bears, the tradition of teddy bears began to take root in Sweden and Scandinavia. She started creating new models with their own names and personalities. Slowly but surely, these unusual, colorful teddy bears were introduced to the Scandinavian and global markets, with great success. Bukowski Design (Barbara Bukowski) is today one of the leading companies in Scandinavia and the rest of Europe in the design, manufacture, promotion, and sale of teddy bears and other stuffed animals. Delivery in Kyiv
Delivery in Kyiv — 400 UAH.
Delivery outside of Kyiv is calculated individually depending on the distance, locality, and delivery conditions.
Delivery speed – up to three hours from the moment the bouquet is confirmed and paid for (if cash payment is not provided).
The cost of delivery for goods and decor is calculated individually based on dimensions and quantity, but not less than 400 UAH.

Delivery to cities in Ukraine is carried out using the courier service “Nova Poshta”.
Delivery can be made to the specified branch of “Nova Poshta” or to your address by a “Nova Poshta” courier.
Minimum order – 500 UAH.
Orders shipped by Nova Poshta carrier are processed only upon 100%% prepayment.
The delivery cost is paid by the client according to the tariffs and conditions of the Nova Poshta courier service.
Delivery times for goods are individual and depend on the “Nova Poshta” branch operating schedule, as well as the city/address of the order recipient.
Upon receipt, the goods must be immediately inspected at the “Nova Poshta” branch or upon receipt with the courier.

Product Returns (Flowers)
Please note that live flowers are considered non-returnable items.
You have the right to refuse to accept a bouquet or arrangement at the time of delivery if there are obvious defects in the flowers.
Upon receipt, returns of the bouquet are not accepted.
If the bouquet was paid for and delivered, but the recipient refused to accept it, the funds will not be refunded.
