Operating hours
Online boutique operating hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
When placing an order online after 8:00 PM delivery is postponed to The next day.
If you need to place an urgent order and have it delivered outside of the online boutique's operating hours, you can contact the Fiori flagship boutique at the Mandarin Plaza shopping center by phone at: +380 238 57 70. Hours of operation: 24/7.

Delivery in Kyiv
When ordering a bouquet for over 1500 UAH, delivery within Kyiv is free.
For orders up to 1500 UAH, the delivery cost is 200 UAH.
Delivery speed – up to three hours from the moment the bouquet is confirmed and paid for (if cash payment is not provided).
The cost of delivery for goods and decor is calculated individually depending on the dimensions and quantity, but not less than 200 UAH.
Delivery in Kyiv region
Delivery within Kyiv region is calculated individually depending on the settlement where the order will be received.
Delivery in Ukraine*

Delivery to cities in Ukraine is carried out using the courier service “Nova Poshta”.
Delivery can be made to the specified branch of “Nova Poshta” or to your address by a “Nova Poshta” courier.
Minimum order – 500 UAH.
Orders shipped by Nova Poshta carrier are processed only upon 100%% prepayment.
The delivery cost is paid by the client according to the tariffs and conditions of the Nova Poshta courier service.
Delivery times for goods are individual and depend on the “Nova Poshta” branch operating schedule, as well as the city/address of the order recipient.
Upon receipt, the goods must be immediately inspected at the “Nova Poshta” branch or upon receipt with the courier.
International shipping
Can you make a delivery of a bouquet or an item to Vienna (Austria) or to Limassol (Cyprus)?
Our manager will connect you with representatives from our branches and help facilitate communication.
Product Returns (Flowers)
Please note that live flowers are considered non-returnable items.
You have the right to refuse to accept a bouquet or arrangement at the time of delivery if there are obvious defects in the flowers.
Upon receipt, returns of the bouquet are not accepted.
If the bouquet was paid for and delivered, but the recipient refused to accept it, the funds will not be refunded.

Returns (gifts/decor)
According to the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection,» goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
If the product you purchased is not suitable for you for any reason, please contact us to discuss the details of exchange or return by phone.
We will refund you for the purchased item or exchange it for any other item under the following conditions:
- Preservation of packaging, labels, and factory markings;
- presence of a sales receipt for the ordered goods.
